the sharing pool was a great feature. it allowed for a refreshing dip right outside the room. the breakfast also stood out. it included a diverse selection of food.

the room cleaning was inconsistent. it was necessary to request it multiple times. the check-in process also experienced delays. i waited a considerable time.

helpful staff warm water missing thermometer unavailable assistance

The staff was very helpful. The pools are very nice with warm water (which is quite pleasant).

One day I asked if they had a thermometer. The manager told us the hotel did not have one (which was shocking). They suggested we take a taxi to another village to buy a thermometer.

nice pools kind staff excellent room shower flood powerful shower bad drain

the room had pools and they were excellent. the staff were kind. the pools were nice although the weather did not allow us to use them much.

unfortunately the shower flooded the room when i used it. the water came all the way round the bed. the shower was too powerful for the drain and there was no difference in level between the room and the shower.
