The staff was very helpful. The pools are very nice with warm water (which is quite pleasant).

One day I asked if they had a thermometer. The manager told us the hotel did not have one (which was shocking). They suggested we take a taxi to another village to buy a thermometer.

The swimming pools were excellent. The staff provided great service. I found the place quiet and relaxing.

The maid's cart stood outside our room. Maids often left trash there all day! Our shower flooded the room. Water went all the way around the bed.

the room had pools and they were excellent. the staff were kind. the pools were nice although the weather did not allow us to use them much.

unfortunately the shower flooded the room when i used it. the water came all the way round the bed. the shower was too powerful for the drain and there was no difference in level between the room and the shower.
